1 packet whipping cream ( I used Dream whip)
1 packet Mnm’s
5 tbsp sugar
A piece of Aluminium foil( approximately 12” x 6”)
Step 2: Preparing the Crust
Take one pack of Oreo biscuits in a ziplock bag. Crush them using a rolling pin.
Alternatively you can also pulse them in a blender.
Add melted butter to it. Mix well.
Step 3: Setting the Crust
Spread the crust on a pie tin or a cake tin. With a back of a spoon, press gently so that you have a fine even crust.
Allow to set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Step 4: Making the Pi Shape Using Aluminum Foil
Fold the foil length wise twice to get a long thin strip. Fold and turn the foil to shape a pi. Secure the open end beneath the layers of the folded foil.
Step 5: Preparing the Cheesecake Mix
Take cream cheese in a bowl. Add sugar and beat at high speed till stiff. Whip 1 packet of whipping cream in another bowl. Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mix. Add few pieces of broken Oreos and colorful mnm’s and mix.
Step 6: Setting the Cheesecake Layer
Place the pi shaped aluminum foil in the center of the crust.
Spread cheesecake mixture around the pi shape. Spread uniformly with the back of a spoon.
Allow to set in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 7: Filling the Center With Mnm’s
