Introduction: Panna Cotta With Strawberry Sauce

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 envelope of unflavored gelatin
4 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons sugar

( strawberry sauce )
1 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon corn starch
1 tablespoon water

Step 1:

Add 4 tablespoon of water to the gelatin

Step 2:

In a pan add the heavy cream , milk, sugar and vanilla over medium heat .

Step 3:

When the mixed cream start boiling turn off the heat and add the gelatin .

Step 4:

Pure the mixture

Step 5:

Cover them and put them in a fridge 6 hours or overnight

Step 6:

To make the strawberry sauce add the strawberry(thawed), sugar and lemon juice to a mixer and mix it well .

Step 7:

Filtering the mixture

Step 8:

Pure it in a pan over a heat

Step 9:

When it comes boiling add ( mixture cornstarch and water ) to the strawberry mixture

Step 10:

To become thick and remove from the heat and let it cool completely

Step 11:

To serve panna cotta run a knife around the edges

Step 12:

And put a bottom in a deep bowl of hot water for a few second

Step 13:

Add the strawberry sauce when it is cool over the panna cotta

Step 14:
