Introduction: Pepper Sauce

 My first instructable, only short but there was nothing here for a pepper sauce that I could find so I decided to add a recipe used by my mum, it's ideal for steak.

Step 1: Ingredients

You will need:
    85ml Double Cream
    1tsp Dijon Mustard
    1 Beef Oxo Cube
    Dash of white wine
    Dash of water
    1tsp Crushed Peppercorns

Step 2: Add the Cream

 Add the cream to an extra small saucepan and heat gently

Step 3: Oxo Cube

Crumble in the oxo cube 

Step 4: Mustard & Peppercorns

 Stir in the mustard and the peppercorns

Step 5: Wine & Water

 Add the water and wine to your taste and stir

Step 6: Seasoning

Season, again to your own taste with salt & pepper

Step 7: Heat

Keep heating & stirring until it is hot & all of the ingredients are thoroughly mixed in it should be a beige colour, and usually slightly one the thicker side, but consistency is up to you.

Step 8: Serve

 To serve: pour the sauce over the steak and sprinkle a little crused pepper on top.
