Introduction: Pink Lemonade Pie

So I'm not the greatest baker in the world, so I had to stretch my imagination to try and avoid the baking that comes with traditional pies. Ever since I can remember I have loved pink lemonade, making it at home, not buying it from the store. So I've created what I think is absolutely delicious and combines frozen lemonade concentrate with ice cream and cool whip for a one of a kind cool (literally too haha) pie.

Enjoy and let me know what you think

Step 1: Ingredients

Crust:
(1+1/2) cups crushed graham crackers (about 20 squares)
(1/3) cup butter, melted
(3) tablespoons sugar

Filling:
(4 cups) vanilla ice cream
(6-oz) frozen pink lemonade concentrate
(4-oz) Cool Whip
Red food coloring
(1) lemon

Step 2: Get Crusty

First you're going to want to preheat the oven to 350°F. Then mix all the crust ingredients into your bowl until they are nice and blended. Then press this mix to the bottom of the pie plate and just let it bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until it turns golden brown.

Let it cool!

Step 3: Fill, Firm, Yum

Next, mix the ice cream, lemonade concentrate, cool whip and a few drops of food coloring together to create the filling. Once this is completely mixed and you like the color, pour/spoon the mix into crust.

You're going to have to freeze the pie to let it firm up, I let mine firm for about 3 hours before chowing on it.

I hope you enjoy!
