Step 1: Things You Need

Polymer clay Blade or exacto TLS (translucent sculpt clay) Toothbrush Toothpick (Optinal) eye pin

Step 2: Base

For the base of the cake take your light blue clay and form a flat cylinder you can tweak this part as much as you want add texture to the base with a toothpick

Step 3: Cake

To make the cake make a flat circle with white clay again you can tweak the disign it should look something like the pic texture this to look like a cloud with your toothpick and toothbrush

Step 4: Attach

This is the easy part secure the top to the base tada!!

Step 5: Frosting

For the frosting add TLS with some chalk pastels if you don't have that you can use little pieces of clay I'm adding pink blue and purple then add the mix to the cake top
