This is my quick and easy recipe for making chocolate chip cookies. This is a good recipe for people who prefer milk chocolate to darker chocolate.
Beat 2 sticks of butter, ¾ cup of dark brown sugar, and ¾ cup of granulated sugar, until fluffy.
Beat in 1 teaspoon of vanilla & 2 eggs
In a separate bowk, whisk 2 ½ cups of flour, ¾ teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of salt, then stir into the butter mixture.
Add 2 cups of milk chocolate chips
Weigh 1 ½ ounce portions of dough, and roll each into a ball
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes.
My recommendations to eat these delicious cookies with a nice cold glass of milk! These are great to share with friends as well. Make sure to watch the timer because these cookies are best served soft.
