Herbal Rainbow Layered Bath Soak

This herbal layered bath soak is all natural and has no dyes or artificial colors.

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

Ingredients:

Red - Rose, Himalayan Salt, Rose Essential Oil, Tea Tree Essential Oil

Orange- Orange, Turmeric, Lemon, Orange Essential Oil, Lemon Essential Oil, (Optional- Grapefruit Essential Oil)

Green- Spearmint, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Peppermint Essential Oil, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Rosemary Essential Oil

Purple- Lavender, Lavender Essential Oil, Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

Sea Salt

Epsom Salt

Baking Soda

Final container (Mason Jar)

Tools:

4 Bowls

Stirring Tools

Step 2: Red Layer

First Bowl-

1/4 cup Rose

1/4 cup Himalayan Salt

Rose Essential Oil

Tea Tree Essential Oil

Step 3: Orange Layer

Second Bowl-

1 Tbs Turmeric

1 Tbs Orange and/or Lemon Peel

2 Tbs Himalayan Salt

2 Tbs Sea Salt

2 Tbs Epsom Salt

2 Tbs Baking Soda

Orange Essential Oil

Lemon Essential Oil

(Optional- Grapefruit Essential Oil)

Step 4: Green Layer

Third Bowl-

1 Tbs Spearmint

1 Tbs Rosemary

2 Tbs Eucalyptus

2 Tbs Sea Salt

1 Tbs Epsom Salt

1 Tbs Baking Soda

Peppermint Essential Oil

Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Rosemary Essential Oil

Step 5: Purple Layer

Fourth Bowl-

2 Tbs Lavender

2 Tbs Sea Salt

2 Tbs Epsom Salt

2 Tbs Baking Soda

Lavender Essential Oil

Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

Step 6: Put It All Together

Add layer by layer to the final container.

    Sounds refreshing. Do you have a preferred source for EOs and things like the Himalayan salt? My mom is a certified clinical aromatherapist and I recall rose legitimate rose oil being a bit pricey.

    Hmm, I just checked and they don't sell rose essential oil... I must have gotten that one at my local herb shop...

    I personally would do one layer at a time, but you could do more than one layer at a time if you want.
