Dark Chocolate Steps
Melt 1/2 coconut oil in a saucepan at medium heat. Once melted, lower the heat to low and stir in 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract until well blended. Once well blended, place 1 tablespoon of the dark chocolate into each of the small cupcake wrappers and place those into the freezer until frozen.
Step 2: Create Separate Ingredients
Place 1 pound of raspberries into a saucepan at medium heat. Stir until melted. Gradually pour 1/2 cups of honey into the raspberries and stir well until blended. Keep the mixture over heat until it resembles a liquid.
a) Place 3 cups of walnuts into a blender and blend until finely chopped.
b) Using a knife and cutting board, chop walnuts until finely chopped.
Step 3: Form the Final Product
Pull out your cupcake sized chilled chocolates and place them next to your freshly made raspberry sauce and chopped walnuts. Take one chocolate and pour one spoonful of raspberry sauce on top of the chocolate. Then, sprinkle a pinch of chopped walnuts on top of your raspberry sauce and place in the freezer until frozen. Repeat this process until every chocolate is complete. Now you can enjoy your freshly made dark chocolates! Enjoy!
