Introduction: Raspberry Walnut Dark Chocolates

To be able to enjoy healthy homemade dark chocolates that are yummy and delicious.

Step 1: Ingredients and Supplies

Ingredients

- 1 Pound Fresh Raspberries

- 1/2 Cup Honey

- 3 Cups Walnuts

- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

-1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

- 3 Tablespoons Honey

- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- Large Bag of Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)

Supplies

- Measuring Cups

- Measuring Spoons

- Medium Mixing Bowl

- Saucepan

- Mixing Spoon

- 60 Small Cupcake Wrappers

- Blender

- Cutting Board (optional)

- Knife (optional)

Dark Chocolate Steps

Melt 1/2 coconut oil in a saucepan at medium heat. Once melted, lower the heat to low and stir in 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract until well blended. Once well blended, place 1 tablespoon of the dark chocolate into each of the small cupcake wrappers and place those into the freezer until frozen.

Step 2: Create Separate Ingredients

Raspberry Sauce

Place 1 pound of raspberries into a saucepan at medium heat. Stir until melted. Gradually pour 1/2 cups of honey into the raspberries and stir well until blended. Keep the mixture over heat until it resembles a liquid.

Chopped Walnuts

a) Place 3 cups of walnuts into a blender and blend until finely chopped.

b) Using a knife and cutting board, chop walnuts until finely chopped.

Step 3: Form the Final Product

Pull out your cupcake sized chilled chocolates and place them next to your freshly made raspberry sauce and chopped walnuts. Take one chocolate and pour one spoonful of raspberry sauce on top of the chocolate. Then, sprinkle a pinch of chopped walnuts on top of your raspberry sauce and place in the freezer until frozen. Repeat this process until every chocolate is complete. Now you can enjoy your freshly made dark chocolates! Enjoy!
