Rebuilding a Shabby Chic Hutch

You don't always have to take a bunch of time to turn a salvaged piece of furniture into what you want in your home.  In this instructable I take a literal basket case of a hutch and completely redo it with a minimum of tools bringing a farmhouse classic back from the grave!
