Step 1: Prepare
first you need to prepare all the materials and tools
You will need some old shirt from your wardrobe, a scissor, needle and thread or for the better result you can use a sewing machine
Step 2: Cut the Bottom
Cut 1/3 from the bottom part of the shirt and Don’t throw this part, it will become the straps for the bag.
Step 3: Cut Left and Right Sleeves
Cut the left and right (sleeves) parts of the shirt, so it has a proper rectangle shapeStitch every edges of the shirt except the neckline part
Step 4: Stich All Edges
Stitch every edges of the shirt except the neckline part
Step 5: Straps
Measure the length that needed for the backpack straps depends on the user’s needs.For the straps, use the 1/3 part that was cut before, split into two parts horizontally, stitch each parts into a long close stitched straps.
Step 6: Measure
Measure the length that needed for the backpack straps depends on the user’s needs
Step 7: Stitch the Straps
Stitch both straps with the first part using box stitch method to strengthen the backpack.
Step 8: TADAA
And now you can use this unique handmade backpack !!
