Introduction: Robot Buggy RPI

A Robot Buggy is very easy to make with your Raspberry Pi is you follow the procedure as it will be important.

Step 1: Where I Got My Idea From

I got my idea from the Raspberry Pi project website. I basically used the steps on that website for it to help me. Here's the link if you want to go check it out:

The steps on the website are quite complicated so I will be showing you the steps on this instructable. Let's get started!

Step 2: Step 1: Get Your Motor Set Up

The first step is basically the easiest. All you have to do is connect your wire motors to separate Male to Female Wires. Just look at the image.

Step 3: Step 2: Connect Your Wires to Your H-Bridge

You have to connect your wires to the H-bridge on the sides. You will need a screwdriver for this step to loosen up the screw of where you will put your wires. Just look at the image. (Make sure to put it on the sides where there are 2 ports on both side).

Step 4: Step 3: Add Male to Femal Wires on H-bridge

You will have to add male to female wires on the pins. After that, you will have to connect those wires to GPIO pins. After that, you will add ground and power from a battery connector to your H-Bridge. This should look something like this. You will also add another ground in the same port but that wire will go to ground on your breadboard. So there are 2 ground wires, one from your breadboard, and another from the battery connector.

Step 5: Step 5: Connect With Code.

Copy the coding from the image above. You will have to connect the breadboard to your pi. Once you have done that you will need to use VNC viewer and a battery pack if you don't want wires that connect to your monitor. But for now, copy the code above. I will explain VNC viewer in the next step.

Step 6: Step 6: Control Buggy on a Device

You can control the buggy on your phone as well. Just simply download VNC viewer. From your computer you will write the command on sudo "hostname -I". From there you will get an IP address then you insert that address on your phone. Just like that, you will be able to access everything from your computer to your phone without any extra wires to bother you. You will need a power pack as well though.
