Introduction: Scarecrow Coffee Crisp Cupcakes

Ingredients:
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ cup canola oil
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp. white vinegar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup milk
• ½ cup espresso
• 3 coffee crisp chocolate bars
• Food colouring
• Fondant
• Caramel

Step 1:

1. Gather all the ingredients

Step 2:

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line the cupcake pan and put aside. Chop up the coffee crisp bars and set aside.

Step 3:

3. In a medium bowl, put together, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and coffee crisp.

Step 4:

4. In a large bowl, combine oil, sugar, milk, vinegar, vanilla extract, and espresso.

Step 5:

.5. Fold the dry ingredients into the liquid

Step 6:

6. Bake for 22-25 mins. Test it with a cake tester and let it cool before decorating.

Step 7:

1. Roll out the fondant

Step 8:

2. Add food colouring to the fondant. Pants- blue , Shirt- red

Step 9:

3. To make the scarecrows clothing, evenly distribute the food colouring and mold it in shape.

Step 10:

4. Use a toothpick to hold it together and add finishing touches
