Stuffed Bell Peppers in a Slow Cooker

are you ready to try this amazing and healthy recipe

Step 1: Make the Filing


1lb ground beef cooked

1 chopped garlic

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp cumin

1 medium chopped onion

24oz marinara sauce divided in 2

1 1/2 cup rice cooked

1/4 cup oats

salt and pepper

3 bell peppers

mix everything and one part of marinara sauce

Step 2: Stuffed Your Pepers

Stuff the peppers with the filling you can use in half or entire

If there is any leftover filling add it to the bottom of the slow cooker.Add remaining marinara sauce to the slow cooker put your peppers cover and. cook 2 h on hight or 4 on low

serve with the rest of sauce enjoy!!
