Introduction: ULTIMATE Peanut Butter Cookies!!!

Do you remember the soft, chewy, delicious peanut butter cookies your grandma used to make when you were little? Well get ready to travel back in time, because this peanut butter cookie recipe will transport you back to the good ol’ days with just one bite. I’ve done a bit of research, and have finally concocted the ULTIMATE peanut butter cookie recipe that I live by. This incredibly easy recipe makes 36-40 cookies, perfect for any special event, thoughtful gifts for your friends, or just for your house (p.s: you might want to make a second batch for all occasions, because they will definitely run out quick!). So if you want to make some cookies that will definitely blow the competition out of the water, you can follow the step-by-step guide below :)

Ingredients:
3 cups peanut butter
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 cup granulated sugar (for cookie dough)
½ cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
1 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups flour

Materials:
large mixing bowl
Mixer of choice (I prefer a hand mixer, but any other electronic mixer will do)
Spatula
Measuring cups
Baking trays

Step 1: Preheat Oven to 375°

Step 2: Add Peanut Butter, Unsalted Butter, Brown Sugar, and Granulated Sugar to a Large Mixing Bowl

Step 3: Mix Thoroughly

Step 4: Add the Eggs

Step 5: Combine

Step 6: Add Baking Soda, Baking Powder, and Vanilla Extract

Step 7: Mix

Step 8: Add Flour

Step 9: Fold to Combine All of the Ingredients

Step 10: Prep Your Baking Pans (using Either Non-stick Cooking Spray or Parchment Paper)

Step 11: Pour the Sugar You Set Aside for Rolling Into a Small Bowl

Step 12: Shape Dough Into Small/medium Sized Balls, Rolling Them in the Bowl of Sugar Before Placing on the Baking Tray

Step 13: Take a Fork and Make a Crisscross Imprint on Each Cookie

Step 14: Place on Baking Tray

Step 15: Place in Oven for 8-9 Minutes

Step 16: Share and Enjoy! (after They Have Cooled Down a Bit, or Course)
