This recipe is usually made with minced mutton. I have a replaced the mutton with a secret ingredient and made it totally a vegetarian. Do you want to know what is the secret ingredient ?? then checkout my video without any delay.. Kheema is minced meat.
- Radish grated – 1/4kg
- Coconut – 1 cup
- Roasted Gram – 200gms
- Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
- Red chilli – 6
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 Tsp (If you dont have paste then add ginger 1 inch piece and garlic 10 cloves)
- Curry leaves – 5 or 6
- Saunf – 1/2 Tsp
- Onion – 1 medium
- Lemon juice – 1 Tsp
- Salt required
- Oil for deep frying
