Zesty Fruit Salad

About: Michael's Test Kitchen - FOOD - SUGAR - RECIPES

This is a pretty simple but unique recipe for fruit salad, because of the lemon juice and zest, which give it a pleasant zing.

Check out my food blog Michael's Test Kitchen for this recipe and more!

Of course, fruit salad is simple enough to change up to what suits your personal tastes – fruits may be substituted, and different yogurts used, or switched for Cool Whip – you get the idea. This particular recipe calls for apples, bananas, oranges, and grapes, with the addition of lemon and yogurt.

Give this simple recipe a go, and feel free to experiment! Comment to let me know what you did differently, or how you usually make fruit salad.

1 large apple

3 small oranges (cuties)

Sounds very lovely! Would you recommend a plain yogurt or a flavored/sweetened yogurt?

Thanks ! I haven't tried it with plain yogurt; I imagine it would taste better with sweetened yogurt, but it's up to your preference
