Let me start off and admit I only tried Nutella this week andrealized I've been missing out. Then I started Pinterest searching recipes and found this. I read many reviews so I did make a few changes. I also made half the recipe. DELICIOUS!!! Wish I would have made more but I'm trying to be good lol. Changes as follows: 1/2 (dry measure) cup Nutella, 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/3 almond milk, 1 egg, 3 T all purpose flour, 2 T ground flaxseed (makes me feel healthier to add fiber), 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp baking soda and pinch of baking powder. Muffin tin 6 cups, 350F, 22 mins, topped with Nutella and an icing made with powdered sugar, milk vanilla extract and a lil cream cheese. Yummy. Will be making again.
