Tell us about yourself!
And you are right Sir, no 'thousands' led project is mean to be cheap and simple. I just wondered why do you recommend to buy instead of build in an Instructables topic (sorry if I sounded rude, it was not my intention, and english is not my native language). As you, I would discourage these kind of project only for fun or curiosity. I think it is more targeted for a serious further application or business, considering the cost and complexity involved. Have a nice day and thanks for your time on replying.
I only wish to do a following and uptaded comment since almost 9 months had passed. I was not meaning to be rude about you excellent work. In fact, after these 9 months that had passed, I think that your unit is one of the best I have viewed and resembles the best of mounting of the original CNC theory (the overall machining head moving around the workpiece, not the workpiece moving toward the machining head). But the very best part is that, yes, your design can be built very easy without 3D printing or routing the parts. Excellent instructable and very good work.
Obviously the author knows that. As everyone here too. Why do you belong to Instructables, if you rather prefer to buy things instead of building by yourself? 'You do know' (sic, as your original phrase) you can destroy a 65" 4k tv with a very light impact from a football ball ??? As to this date, my fabricated outdoor LED panels that are used in school stadiums are working without harm after several hard impact from football balls.
A CNC machine that needs another CNC or 3D machine to build it? Nahhh, we are tired of that.
Nice Instructable. Is there any associated dangers about mixing Hydrochloric acid and Hydrogen peroxide that we must be afraid? Mixing 3.5% Hydrogen peroxide with diluted Hydrochloric acid is very common to perform some processes (including etching).
Another "machine" that you already need a real machine (cnc or laser or 3d) to build it? No, thanks. We are tired of that.
A DIY "machine" that needs another machine to build it? No, thanks. We are tired of that.
