I am very impressed. (And I wish my French was a good as your English.) I have a Renaissance lute, and I've been trying to figure out how to make a case for it. I'm seriously thinking about making a case like this now!My favorite part? "...it is ok when you go to the gig, not so when you come back." LOL!Thanks for a great Instructable - you got my vote!

Lovely! I live in California, I really miss the fireflies from the Midwest where I grew up. In the Blue Bayou restaurant in Disneyland, they had fireflies like this on long flexible wires, so the lights were moving as they flashed on and off. There was probably some sort of motor at the base that kept the wires in motion, but it made them very convincing. Thanks for sharing - great instructable!

Bravo - amazing project! Much too ambitious for a hack like me. I just use a plain ole labelmaker on my projects and never liked the way they look. Yours look so professional. Could you provide more info on how to do the foil transfer lettering (or a link to a relevant Instructable)? A search for "foil transfer lettering" here didn't turn up anything useful. Thanks - and congratulations!

Aside from a lot of frustration making the bottle profile for the revolving cut to hollow out the lock, this was a lot of fun. I'm having fun and looking forward to the next lessons!

Got the "constrained orbit" thing figured out with Jon's help. Thanks, Jon - here's my finished stamp!

Very nice instructable - thanks. I do have one question, though: Don't the chopsticks end up octagonal from end to end? Or do you just start the last set of cuts - the ones that make the octagons - part of the way down? Thanks
After I posted my question, I kept thinking about it until the light finally came on. Thanks for your reply - it all makes sense now!
