    Saturn V Lamp

I love the Saturn 5 but already had one. So I decided to make a more 50's B-movie style rocket. the main structure is made from a metal rod and various sizes of wooden discs. I then covered it with cardboard 'plates' to give a roughly put together feel. Then I added a recycled boiler part as the engine and the LED's and pillow stuffing as the exhaust plume. I used a simulated fire LED to give movement to the effect.

Thanks man :-) really appreciate it you made a fantastic instructable, it certainly made my build a lot easier. I've also done a 3D print of your build but don't seem to be able to post it here. Oh well, Thanks again :-)

    Blade Runner Binoculars

I made a copy of this using Jon-a-tron’s files. It’s a fantastic instructable but I did manage to nearly destroy my print while making it ! After initial filling, sanding & undercoating I wanted to dry the print before painting. I put it in a self made drying box using a hairdryer on very low heat. But, after only a few minutes, disaster! I had turned my printed parts into taffy! The next day, rather than just throw the damaged parts away I tried to re-heat them and straighten them out. They had distorted and shrunk in various places but with patience and some added materials I managed to make my own version of the Bladerunner 2049 Binoculars. It’s not over till it’s over! A valuable lesson learned 😊 Also, I've included some pictures of a cardboard version of the binoculars that I m...
