Mhhhhhh you could maybe get it taller with a slightly firmer dough (less hydration) and tighten the strings a bit more.

Hi,you could use our <a href="https://delightbaking.com/conversion-chart-for-baking-ingredients/">conversion chart for baking ingredients</a> to convert the measures in gram to cups / tbsp / tsp.But we highly recommend you to get a scale (you can get basic ones for under 10$), as your baking results will be much more accurate every time.

Always happy to inspire people :)I also like warm bread with meted butter on top, but it is best to let sourdough bread cool down completely so it devlops the full flavour.What I do is heating my slices a bit in the toaster the next day ;)
