Thanks for the answer :) So you had a USB or some other cable connected to your computer from the camera? Sorry, I just haven't understood the camera bit of the ROV and I'm planning to build one myself.
I'm actually planning to have a floating "platform" on the water where the tether will be connected to, and everything onboard the ROV/platform will communicate with my computer wirelessly. And I'm planning to have a small router on that platform that will be connected to the camera with an ethernet cable, so that I can get a live feed by wifi.
My last comment didn't show up. I am a little clueless when it comes to the camera part. Were that multi core cable connected to your laptop the entire time then? I'm a newbie so bare with me :P

Can you connect to it with your computer if it has bluetooth or do you need a pocket PC?

Hi!I'm planning to build my own ROV and the camera bit is confusing me a lot! How do you get a live feed from the camera? Did you connect it to an Arduino?

How does the camera communicate with the computer? I really need to know how you solved this since I'm planning to build my own

Love the project! If I build a waterproof case around the sensor, can I use it underwater?

What is the highest level it can measure?

Great project! I have to ask if it is possible to use these sensors underwater? If you waterproof them of course.

Great work! I have to ask a simple question, you wrote 2,3- Motor1. Do you mean that one of the wires is going in pin 2 and the other in pin 3 on the Arduino? Which one should be in 2 and which one on 3? I'm a newbie :)
