Made it! This version had only Phillips screws, no tri-wing ones. Putting it back together you can use bluetack as temporary adhesive instead of glue for the plastic protective shield.

A fun fact, the Netflix "Maniac" series (2018) feature a nice green ASCII text as title card (right at the beginning) and lots of weird old-style-computer sets. I got a flashback to my instructable and keep my fingers crossed that "Stranger Things" season 3 will feature something similar in 2019. At least a ZX81?

When folding I used a credit card and folded over the card's edge. Then using the card to push down on the fold to make a hard angle. Some breaking on folds color occur and I noticed that the postcard paper soak up the black ink very quickly when using a permanent marker pen. Actually looks good, a bit rough, but be careful or use a black ballpoint pen instead.

Great solution. I use a cheap USB stereo audio plug now but will try this out. Perfect for minimal size solution to get sound feedback in Kodi GUI i think.

I used a hairbleach product and a little Vanish Oxiaction (liquid) as activator and followed the guide baking in the sun as UV source with amazing result. The classic Gameboy and games cleaned. If you try cleaning games this way be sure no liquid gets in the cartridge.
