Thanks. It hasn't really been a problem so far. But you're right, wood is overall less comfortable than foam.

Thank you! I used Rhino 3d and Keyshot. However any 3D CAD program, such as Sketch-Up, would be just as good.
I'd say it would be manageable. It's light as far as desks go because each of the components are separate. The legs especially are very easy to lift. Most of the weight is in the wood top. The only difficult bit is you need to place the legs down first and then hook the top onto them. - I hope that made sense :)
