How to make a stubby holder.

You can also try TAC adhesives 205 brush contact and brush the adhesive on. It tacks off in about 10 minutes and sets stronger than the selleys product. The 3 books method looks time consuming, I have been using a lot of old coffee mugs that were spoils from a few coffee mug print runs and glued them to some ply board. I use cut down 60 mm pvc pipe you can get from bunnings and put the stubby holder in between both to set. This is handy if you do multiples, I have done runs of 50 for a few customers which works fine but larger quantities than that I send off to the big boys as they have the manpower and the gear. I have made a few jigs out of pvc pipe and board for different stages of the process. It is always going to be a manual process unless you have the gear to stitch them together...
