Thanks! It wasn't a part of the same installation, but it's all related.
This piece is called "Hanging Iron" and it is named for the industry term used by iron workers when they erect steel buildings- they refer to it as "Hanging Iron". Here, I was trying to isolate one module of the very modular building system that is modern steel construction, by hanging it from the same wire rope sling that is used to move horizontal steel beams into place for construction. It swayed back and forth in the wind. So in that way, the little crane acts as an elaborate pedestal for the beam.
Yes, me and 5 friends carried it up the stairs, 3 on each side. It was a little rough. It took maybe 10 minutes.
