Thank you so much for writing "child" and not "boy". More girls for train Drivers! (Girls don't need everything/anything pink and full of glitter. They should be allowed to be something real, not only princesses)Anyway! I really like the project, especially the windows. It looks cozy without being pitch black :)

Exactly the thing I was Looking for, great Job and thanks for sharing! The simple ideas are often the best. Simple and functional - I love it. (And I'll make one for my miter saw next time I have time..)Just one question: why didn't you make the vertical wing supports flip to the front so you'd have "doors" for the box and shelves? this way, the side wings would come parallel to the sides.. right? (and it would look more tidy when stored)

That has been invented by the japanese (oh These crazy crafting People) and when I lived in Japan 15 years ago I always thought "That is so useful - how Long is it going to take until something like that is available in Europe?". Well, I am still waiting. For the ones who have never been there, I found a Picture that Show quite nicely what it Looks like over there. http://www.essential-japan-guide.com/image-files/japanese-toilet-sink.jpgThe water would start running the Moment you flush the toilet and it keeps running until the tank is filled up, just like it is with "our" toilets.Cheers from Germany, the land without cool Japanese toilets.
What I saw on my last trip to South Africa were pottery-bowls used as sink for hand washing. Should be easier to install than a "real" basin and looks cool.Found a pic: https://fireduppottery.co.za/upgrade/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/gold_gecko_on_pedestal.jpg

It was an easter present for my sister. She startet a new job in may and since we didn't know, which way her desk and keyboard would be positioned, I made a KITTEEH that could lie in this or that direction. I just added a velcro to her head and body and stiched the "Adorkable" on botch sides. Voilà - side-switch-keyboard-kitteeh.Very nice instructable, great idea! Only thing I missed: the width of the cat. I think mine is a bit skinny..
