Awesome. Nuff said.
I want to enter,, but having issues getting the drivers for the 3.5 screen I have. Downloaded LCD35-show, but it reboots and all i get is a blank white screen, any help?
Cool concept. but I was doing this back in 2000's.
Actually, I have the last Remington black box rasor in pristine condition and still functional after 20 years. Because i built it before all theses boards. Same with Norelco and Phillips. I spent two years building rasors, inculding Panasonics water-proof ones.
I have a RaspPi 3 Mod B, is this what you were using in this build? I have a Minion case i want to do this with, but I am having issues with the wiring interface. I have 2 broken TTD tablets, but can't find the right wiring harness for them. One is a Panasonic 7.0 and the other model QMV78. Any ideas or thoughts to where i can link these up to my Pi? Any help would be awesome...
Not only did I do it 20 years ago, I bought the Radio Shack version Model and mine was better.
Thank you, will try this weekend.
I use a jewelry box that holds it perfectly with the lid unattached for wires from the top of the unit. Almost perfect fit. Just have to cut the front and side. But yeah, love improved boxes, especially if you don't have money for an expensive 3-D printer, like me.
Since i don't have the Kano or Snapino, would i just be able to do this with just the two boards and a similar setup straight off the RP3?
Question, awesome design, I have most of the parts, but can I do this with an 5110 video screen? I don't have 16x2 handy. If so can you let me know the pinouts and the code if I have to change it?. I have a small container I want to use for this and a Nano, but need a screen, and i have 2 already, but would love to use if possible. Thanx.
I am so doing this this weekend. My wife hates them, but a man must have his army. Awesome idea.
cool idea, better than the ones from the store.
cool idea. i should do this with my statue in my front yard with all my scraps. just need a weather proof lighting system. well done.
I so needed to see this, awesome job. Have the parts not the tools. Well done.
you just saved my life with this one. I didn't think about reversing the drywall patch and matching it to the hole with the paper backing. I have 6 holes, different sizes to patch. I have the drywall, just need to do squares and rectangles for measure. I used to punch holes a lot.
So way better than mine. Mine was foam board floors, old wrapping paper tubes(duct taped for strength), and lots of Popsicle sticks laid out and glued as floor supports. (About 200 for 3 floors.) But mine was more a diorama for my Mark 6 Speed Racer 8"car and My quadcopter on the roof.
I kinda did the same with a Fundruno and a YuRobot kit. Laser pointer on the large board and an Xmas light on the small on running both boards as power sources. But well shown, despite language barrier.
Cool thing is I already have the model, but great info for making it alive. Wonder if I can do this with a NANO or my spare atmega328 chip and scale it down.

I have my Keyes laser attached to a breadboard with jumpers coming from the YwRobot 545043 module at 5V using the USB connect. Brighter than 3.3 V. I guess I can just use the Arduino for the sensor part?
Warehouse 13 is perfect, or even that episode of Voyager when they did the Black and white episode on the holodeck.S5, Ep1227 Jan. 1999Bride of Chaotica!
I did something like this with old CPU boards cut to 8x11. Binding was tricky, I used fabric on the hinge. I have to try this. Just one thought, I saw nic.byran wrote about the metallic rings making indents in the leather, maybe you could add those plastic things they used to use in old binders and photo albums and cut them to size and pt them in first and last with the pages in between. But love the graphics on the cover. I want to do this for my daughter cause she loves creating and writing and this would last longer than her notebooks. Thanx.
Do you have a pin set for the Arduino Nano?
WhereYouWant Mounted Laser Pointer
I am gonna try this with my JJ phaser just gonna use the nano and button batteries.I just need another 90 degree lens for the shots in red mode.
what is killing me, is you have access to a laser cutter and 3_D printer. Some of blokes and just by with store bought stuff. I have the mechanism, but not the parts your are saying. And mine runs 2 AA batteries.
