Great project. I have been needing something like this. One small detail, unless I missed it, you do not say, nor does your schematic, which switch direction is boot or upload. Would you enlighten me please?
I have had one of these boards for sometime and wanted to make a nice case for it. I used a slightly smaller case than you did so I had to get creative. The case is a little shorter so I put the P/S board on the floor and made a platform for the UNO so it sits above it. This also allowed me to cut a hole in the side for the USB connector external access. The front panel labeling, I did by printing in reverse on transparency materia, turned if over which protects the lettering l and glued it on with contact adhesive. I also added a main power indicator and an Output Enabled indicator to the front panel. Thanks for the inspiration to get this done!

What I want to know is where did you find a cat that will lie curled up asleep that close while that saw is running? You did say the saw was in normal operation!
Looking for the Schematic mentioned on your facebook page. Step 5 does not seem to contain it anymore. Is there a location to obtain the latest board schematic?
Got around to looking at this again. Put all of the resistors in place. Fixed a lot of the ghosting, but not all. Removed the D13 onboard LED and NO MORE GHOSTS! Thanks for the tips. As soon as I get a case made for it, I will post a picture of my work.
I built your common anode version and got the tables right, all of the colors light when and where they are supposed to, but... Have you had any problems with 'ghosting.'? fre example, If I light green at 0,0,0 it comes on full brightness, however six other reds come on, very dimly. I tried adding resistors to the wires, but that did not help. I put a volt meter across the red leads and there is only 0.9V, which should not be enough to cross fhe Vf threshold.v
