  • Lego Folding Tablet Stand

I've been using the other tablet stand that you made (the portable one) for almost a year now and I really love that one... It's held up great and I don't take my tablet anywhere without it! :DJust recently came across that post again and decided to check if you had any other interesting things. This is awesome! I will admit, the angle felt kinda sketchy when I first placed the tablet on this stand, like it was going to tip over or something, but that's just because you don't see the really long base in the back. It really is quite sturdy and even easier to move around on the table than the previous one. I am really happy I came across this because it kinda solves a problem I had with the old one. That one was almost perfect, being super portable, extra sturdy and made out of easy to find pieces but the angle was limited to a couple of use cases (based on the way you were seated)... It worked perfectly for looking at drawing references and watching videos if you were alone and the tablet was close to you but it didn't quite hold up if you were looking at the tablet from a distance. This one solves that. Plus, it's better for if you're using a keyboard and a mouse since the tablet sits so high up.I like that it is still foldable and easy to stow away if you don't need it, so I'm probably gonna use this as a home stand and the other one as a to-go stand I keep with me when I travel. The only modification I made is the removable pin in the fourth picture so that it can be locked in the folded position. Don't know if I'm gonna keep that but felt like pointing it out since it is visible in the other picturesEither way, thank you for the awesome stand(s)! ^^

  • This is just what I was looking for! It's sturdy, stable (it can hold my quite heavy tablet) and perfectly pocketable. Thank you! ^^
