Thanks for the kind words! Can't wait to hear what they say :)If you your fried eggplants are tasty you can't go wrong! That's the tricky part. By the way, I bet you can use your pickled red beet eggs here.
Thanks for the kind words! I can't wait to hear if they liked it. If your eggplants are tasty you can't really go wrong here! By the way, your pickled red beet eggs will probably be fit this sandwich perfectly!
View Instructable »Thanks for the great question! You start with raw eggs with the shell on - I wash the eggs before putting them in the oven. The flavor gradually diffuses into them, but it takes a while! Some of the flavor comes from the outside and some comes from the long overnight cooking. Maybe peeling the shells would make things quicker but that's not how they're traditionally made and I have never tried it! If you do, let me know!I'll add a little more details to the instructable about it, thanks!

View Instructable »Thanks for the question :) The first bag may be a bit tricky or take a bit longer than usual, but the next ones should be much easier! Also, I think that I will be making a different size of bag for different gift sizes. If you want to make many gift bags of the same size, making a mold makes a lot of sense! If you need help in designing one, let me know [but just so you know - I can't speak Portoguese, sorry :( ].Thanks for the comment and for sharing your version! It means to let the yeast ferment, they release gases as they multiply which inflate the dough, causing it to rise:) I hope my English is fine:)

No, don't oil the pan:) the pitas should be slightly floured from the previous steps and it doesn't stick at all. Plus, the pan should be hot and oil will probably reach its smoking point. Thanks a lot for the question! I should add a note about it in the text:)
I never had one before, but it sounds delicious! I've been reading about it online (in Hebrew) and it seems that very people have done it. Since I have 0 experience with sourdough I don't want to point you in the wrong direction. My best advice would be to start with a regular recipe and once you get the hang of it move to sourdough. If you want, I can point you to the articles I found which you can google-translate in a Chrome browser. I could also translate it for you if you want :) Some of the tips I found there - if you have a pizza stone (or something similar), pre-heat the oven and the stone to 250°C and cook for 10 minutes. Cooking at high temperature on a pizza stone makes sense :)I hope that helps, and let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks for the question :) A cup is approximately 200mL of liquid. In the video I made I used a huge instructables mug, which is about 300mL and so I wrote 1 1/2 cups (even though I technically used one).I believe that, unlike other baking recipes, creating a great pita doesn't require being perfectly accurate. Moreover, I was assuming that other people will use a different type of flour, which will require a slightly different water-to-flour ratio. So if I were you, I would start with something close to the recipe I wrote, and see what the dough looks like. If it's too sticky to work with (after a few minutes of mixing or kneading), try adding a bit of flour and oil. If it's too dry, the yeast won't ferment as much, so you should add a bit of water.I hope this helps!

- NirL commented on NirL's instructable Motorized Stroller Swinger
That's a great idea! :) I was thinking the same, and I even made a model for it (see the GIF below), but for the sake of simplicity I decided to stick with the scraps I had laying around. By the way, since the swing of the stroller is in one direction, its motion is:x(t) = A * sin(2pi * f * t) , where A is the amplitude of the motion, and f is the frequency of rotation. Since we can only feel acceleration, we feel the second derivative of this equation with respect to time:d^2(x) / dt^2 = - A * (2pi*f)^2 * sin(2pi * f * t)So, the baby will feel acceleration with an amplitude of A* (2pi*f)^2which is linear in A but quadratic in f (the frequency of rotation). So we can modify the acceleration's amplitude more easily by increasing the frequency of than increasing the swing amplitude! (but th…
