A nice design. Do you think it would work ok for sand blaster cabinet extraction?
A beautiful piece of work. You mentioned stainless steel, if you wanted a 'steel' look you could always electroplate it.
In the materials list you say disc magnets. Are they a particular type. Not rare earth I assume

Nice work. It has given me something to try. Other methods always seem too complicated.

Looks like a great idea. Can you tell me what make the power hacksaw is?
Thanks Marsh, I should have called it a metal cutting bandsaw I think. Anyway whatever the machine is that you are using in your video.

I do not know of an easy way to make them look good. On a few occasions I have managed to drift out the remains of the stem and then use a rivet set to shape the remaining material. If the look is important on both sides I would use ordinary rivets and the appropriate skills ( rivet sets, ball pein hammer etc) Hope this helps.
Table Saw Class
A great idea. I made one and found it worked well. I made one change in that I made both side plates adjustable which made levelling much easier.
