It is a bit tricky.. Maybe you can use a craft knife to cut the piece from the bottle (but be careful) and then try different scissors for the detailed cutting? Maybe you have tried different scissors already but I have used too dull scissors many times. Also when you look at the bottle, there are some parts that are more thick and some have thinner plastic.. Try to cut where it is thinner if you can.Don't know if that helps?
