Tell us about yourself!
It's the intent and respect that matter. I burn hundreds of flags every year. I'm a member of American Legion Post 294. We have a flag deposit box out front and we have an Unserviceable Flags Ceremony 4 times a year. So, unless your intent is to disrespect the symbol, it is not wrong. If it's not a flag, it's not our Flag. If it's not a flag, it's a symbol. Treat it respectfully in whatever way conforms to your Freedom.
This is great. I clicked it hoping there was an aspect of reusing chalk butts that get left over when my kids get almost finished with sidewalk chalk. But, as an added feature, I could place the chalk butts in the bottom of the can. So, I'm going to try that. I'm also going to try making rainbow/tie-dye chalk. Great idea with the plaster-of-paris! I had no idea. This opens up so many project options.
I recognized the umbrella legs and clicked to see how you made it walk. :-( Cool looking though.
I love this idea. I will be using it. However, I think this is a great candidate for plastic welding rather than glue. I never trust glues on plastics and especially not when there is a spring (or other forces) involved. Search YouTube for "plastic welding".
This is not an instructable. It is a traffic director. That's what they call spam. For this to be an instructable, you'd need to include the ingredients and steps in the text. King of Random got his start this way.
That is incredible. I'd love to hear more about how the saw mill effect was done.
I love this. I'm going to make this with my daughters. But instead of drilling all the "light spots" with the same forstner bit, I'm going to let them cut freeform shapes on the jigsaw table. Then you can cast amoeba shadow puppets on the ceiling.
I love the quality of this ible and the results. Can you please go into more detail about the mistake that ruined the initial plan? I don't understand how you made a mistake with a hand saw that a table saw would have avoided.
If you really need to stop fermentation in the plastic bottles, you can kill the yeast just like they do when canning vegetables. Sink the bottles in a big pot and boil.
