Nice job but did you think of coating the interior with "Flex Seal"(www.flexsealproducts.com) that may solve your moisture problem.You could spray the one half that is assembled then while it is Still wet, spray the other side piece and then connect the two. They should seal to each other.

You speak clearly and at just the right speed that the viewer doesn't have to stop and rewind to understand what you are saying. Most Importantly, you Don't rely on high-tech devices like 3D printers and laser cutters that most people do not have access to, you use tools that most people have. EXCELLENT JOB!?
