Great instructable. How much do you think it will cost to build the board? Many thanks.
To avoid problems with spikes damaging the floor, I used 3 oak cone feet available from Russ Andrews in the UK. Three to stop it rocking, and they don't dig into the floor. You get good acoustic coupling. You could make your own from hardwood. They could be glued to the base. The ones from R.A. come with a M6 insert with a female thread, so I used studs from a D.I.Y store that have wood screw at one end and a M6 thread at the other. https://www.russandrews.com/eu/https://www.russandrews.com/eu/system-racks-supports-equipment-feet/
I have mine set at 60mm back from the leading edge at a point 65mm either side of the centre line. I also have about 5° down thrust as it climbed vertically when I applied the power! Good luck.
