I hacked a PS2 keyboard to make a diy controller probably the easiest way for a non techperson to do this, all this programming gives me a headache. I am going to hack a usb keyboard for a Electronic Arts Rail Simulator game. The reason I hacked the PS2 boardwas that MSTS would only work in Windows 7, the pc with PS2 only connections.
The battery connector solder breaks from circuit board, use very small soldering iron, don't use a lot of solder it will cause solder bridges.
I tried this over and over and cannot get it to work consistantly, lst attempt theonly thing that worked was 2 arcade joysticks.
