JPG doesn't seem to improve the image, still square, sorry
View Instructable »DearVishalapr,Ihave two remarks . . .1-Onthe protoboard drawing Arduinopin 10 is connected with 2313-pin 2,this must be 1.2-Imade several shield for the Attiny family (84/85 and 2313) out ofprotoboard but they never fit nicely. Reason is that theArduino 13 to 8 connections are not exactly opposite the Rst to Gndconnections.Attached you can see my solution . . . I also useda RGB led on 7-8-9 to follow the uploading process.Regards, Tom

Sorry to say, but . . . there is a fault of 1,27mm in your design. The connections on a Arduino Uno are NOT exactly opposite of one another. In your design 3.3V is exactly opposite of 10 and 5V is opposite of 9.This is not the case on the Arduino Uno. The "level" of 5V is "between" 9 and 10, and 3,3V is "between" 10 and 11 (and so on). In my PCB design I moved connections 13 to 9 down 1,27 mm.It fits much better now, regards Tom

(second reply . . firstone apparently got lost)Please read . . . . https://www.baintech.com.au/what-is-the-difference-between-a-pure-sine-and-modified-sine-inverterAll the little differencesbetween modified sine wave and pure sine wave will generate a lot of heat.ResuméCompared with the 35 Ah battery . . .The inverteris far too large, 150~200W is more than enoughPlease considerpure Sine Wave inverter like VICTRONENERGY or MASTERVOLTThe charger isfar too small, 12V 6~8 Amps is better

Please read . . .https://www.baintech.com.au/what-is-the-difference...All the differences between modified and pure sine wave will generate (a lot of) heat. Pure SineWave Power is produced by inverters from VICTRONENERGY or MASTERVOLT and remember 200W will do
View Instructable »I made a few calculations . . . .If you appreciate maximum lifetime (= number of discharge/chargecycles) from your battery then it should not be discharged more than 60%. This means that this 35Ah battery will not give you more than 20Ahcapacity. Which means 12V times 20Ah is 240Wh.You may be happy with that but . . . discharging and invertingto AC will both generate some heat, again a 10% loss at least. Finally you will end up with not much more then 200Wh.The charger can deliver 12V times 1,25A minus 15% heat loss is13 W. Charging 200Wh will take approx. 16 hours !What I do not understand is the 800W inverter . . . Continues discharge of a battery in Amps should (rule of thumb) not exceed 25%of the capacity figure. In this case 25% of 35 is a maximum discharge of 8-9 Amps, times 12V is …

Again . . . the station works fine, but there is only data visible in my SerialMonitor but NOT on Thingspeak. I think it has to do with the settings of the BaudRate but I am to unfamiliar with this technique to get it right. Can you help me out, regards Tom.
