Great easy tip. Why didn't I think of that?
Brought back memory. I cut the basic outline of an elephant from a 2 x 4 with a jig saw. Drilled holes in the back of the elephant to hold 6 crayons.
Add some frozen corn to pan when the burger is done. Stir it in the pan on medium heat about two minutes. Fried corn to go with your burger!
Even I can do this! Super job.
In a hurry? Try an index card with about a 1 inch square cut in it. Cover the hole with a piece of smooth aluminum foil. Tape the foil in place. poke a hole in the foil. cast a shadow of the card and hole onto a sidewalk. The foil is used rather than putting a pinhole in the card because it will be a nice smooth edge. One other thing - Look for shadows below trees overlapping leaves form pinholes and you will see multiple eclipses below the tree. The dapples you see normally are round because that is the shape of the sun.
add a whole lemon to your shrimp boiling. Brings out a sweet taste, but not too sweet. Got this form Lousianna
I use 1/4 inch dowels sharpened in a pencil sharpener for skewers. The meat will stick a bit to the wood so it will not slip around on the skewer when you turn them.
Nice simple instructions with tips!
Works for scorpions also. We also put the steel wool in the weep holes. We do have to check once a year to make sure it has not rusted away.
I have made corn dogs but not on the grill, but these tips might be useful for the grilled corn dogs.. I use a tall mayonnaise jar for the batter so the whole wiener is covered at one time and not so much wasted batter a really tall olive jar would be even better. After heating the wieners I dry off the grease so the batter will stick better.
