This redesign did take away the single most useful feature for regular visitors:There is no way to simply check all new posts. I guess I am not alone checking every other day "what's new". Now I cannot. We are people who do not need suggestions, we can decide what we are interested in and what not. Please give back the choice.Vajk
Are you serious? If I only see channels and authors that I am subscribed to, how do I discover new channels and authors???This approach is not really thought thru. One of the major values of the site is that it is not like facebook. I understand you can bring in more users if you convert it to be more like facebook, but then you loose a good portion of the current ones.
You should move the magnets far from the soldering. Heat does destroy the magnets. Don't ask how I know.
You can do this without a custom pcb...

Man, you are a genius.
I cannot help in the control problem, but have a tip for the solenoid drivers: use a stepper driver stage. Like L298 based one. You will have bipolar drive, can use higher voltage, it is prepared for high frequencies. Will handle pwm, is regularly used to drive dc motors.

Using a strip with built in usb charger to provide the power to nodemcu board is a brilliant idea. Really cool. I am ashamed I did not think on this.
Having both 8 and 12mm holes in the same block is a brilliant idea!
Dude, this is still a ring light, just too big to mount on the lens. You do shoot thru the hole in the middle.
Where did you get those tiny fittings and valves? I must make this immediately!
One note: never remove the rotor from the frame. It can demagnetize if pulled out. When you put it back again, it will be weak. Don't ask how I know.
