FANTASTIC JOB! What fun. Can anyone point me to where I can get a similar articulated skeleton, the bigger the better? I'd like to try something similar but see if I could add white LEDs to some of the bigger bones for night "riding"Again, great idea, great execution!

Kamil, thanks for sharing that! It is indeed a nice design but I cringed when they went through the salt water and then everything is rusty in the next pictures! But the design was simple and the suspension adds a hole new degree of difficulty. I have had some success with my trike, made mostly from recycled parts but I still need to refine it.

The pair of center pivots you used are super simple, a cylinder than then some sort of white plastic bearing? Are those stock parts or something you borrowed from another application? (I wish I could weld as nicely as you do, you make this build look easy!)FWIW, attached is a picture of my FAIL. It actually rides really nicely but it too unstable on uneven pavement. Going to change the steering to something VERY similar to what you have for your cargo bike.

This is a super great build, I am going build something similar and hope to leverage your lessons learned! I was concerned about using rod ends for the steering mech, they are good at pivoting but am worried about the resistance to rotating. Did they actually turn/rotate pretty easily or did you have a lot of resistance??

Tommy, I agree that it makes sense to avoid super cheap LED (I've learned "you get what you pay for" the hard way, more than once!). But the range is prices for 5M strips with "the same" SMB chips varies by a factor of ten and I fear some are just marked up and may not offer significantly higher quality. How can one verify that a given LED strip has truly higher quality and do you have any tips or pointers or recommendations for LED strips that offer high quality and good value?
Just echoing all the other comments: Great design & Great instructions!!I add that in my own projects and at a lot of constructions sites, there are typically a lot of cast off short lengths of scrap 4x4s. This design is a great opportunity to re-purpose and recycle shorter lengths of 4x4s.
