Thank you, thank you, and thank you!
Thanks, glad you found something interesting in it!
Lol, thanks. I cold cast this with aluminum, hence the metal look.
I always appreciate a good compliment, thank you! Also, yes, the different details were painfully monotonous, but highly worth their effort.
Sorry, but I don't have the molds for this anymore. Right now, I don't have plans to make a new set of molds.
Oh yeah, by the way, your Borderlands gun is quite nice. I love your paint job, it really sets it off.
Thanks for your compliment!Yeah I bought a 4x8 sheet of styrene. As for the milliput, I don't think I used more than one pack, but I don't remember.
I've never played the game, and I tend to make things that I've "experienced". I did check it out though, that weapon is pretty intense looking!

2 3/8" - outside diameter.
You're welcome. Please let me know how your build goes.
As far as the sidewalls go, I didn't make separate vector templates. I used the side view template for size measurement. And yes make them the size/height you want, you don't need to use the side template as is.For the HIP, I used a thickness just under 1/16", because it's what I had. Use as sturdy a thickness you can, that is pliable. Good luck! If you have any other questions, let me know.
Thanks again! I received your email yesterday. I did reply to it late last night.

Thank you, I'm glad to know I inspired another person to get creative. Two completely different techniques yielding the same end result. I like the scratch build route for me, but also would very much like to be able to 3d print smaller parts from time to time. Your dagger is looking good so far. Please show me the finished piece when it's done.
Thanks for your compliment and feedback! It's nice to know others enjoy the why's and why not's of my projects.

I honestly don't know how soon I'll be able to restock my sold out items. All of my replica work is done as a spare time hobby, not as my full time job.
Here is the address to my tutorial blog, http://www.blastreplicas.com/blogThe info you seek for He-Man's axe is in there. Yes I do sell replicas of the Power Sword, I don't have any available right now though. blastreplicas.storenvy.com is where you can find the items I have available for purchase.
