Great little device! I liked the suggestion of using a wire clamp instead of the choc-bloc electrical connector. Even though the threader isn't weight bearing, the clamp should prevent the ends from pulling apart better than the electrical terminal. Aiming to make one today with spare parts from the workshop... Saved me a few ££ to use one more climbing protection! Cheers.

Nice little tool. I think physical password wallets have a lot of promise in the future of crypto currency and cyber security.

Thanks! Fantastic :) We used these in signal condition but I never really understood how they worked (only in principle).

I have to say this is truly fantastic and has got me hooked - of all the instructables so far, this is certainly the most comprehensive, ambitious and complex project so far. Well done. I've been working on my own project using arduino nanos and a breakout board for a distributed, rather than centralised system. I'm hoping to integrate them into a wifi/ethernet network, and maybe using Power Over Ethernet to simplify the wiring. Little things such as using an NPN transistor to protect the moisture sensors, the use of Blynk for sorting out different plants, and the use of the IKEA organiser are all great ideas. At the moment I've opted for an LED strip rather than a grow light, but it looks like the grow lights would be a more compact, neater solution. I've found E27 based 36W ones on Ebay,…

Really excellent and full detailed instructable. Good effort! I have plans for integrating some soil moisture sensors etc. In there too. Really simplistic layout and function, with lots of room for more. 10/10

Really beautiful and simplistic design :) I'm stuck in a tiny shared apartment and bursting with inspiration and the need for my own workbench! This model is perfect and I appreciate you going through the effort to make the widget (what programme did you use by the way?)As the instructables community has pointed out the wall mounted tool rack, LED lighting and overhang are little tips I'd love to include - so thanks everyone for chipping in. If I do happen to move out of my 0.25m^2 box of a room, this shall be the first project I tackle. Thanks for posting!
