Hello Isabel,I understand your requirement, and there is project named interfacing DS18B20 with Arduino with few examples where you can connect multiple DS18B20 sensors to a single microcontroller as these sensors are made with unique 64 bit serial code to differentiate between when even when all sensors connected to a single GPIO pin in parallel.
