Hey thanks. Yeah aquaponics is a whole other realm, but could be adapted to this project. Fish aquarium controllers are similar to hydroponic ones. And hey everyone starts somewhere, click the classes button up top and there is one for Arduino.

This is an awesome project that I can greatly see changing the world of growing. But I do have a few questions, first I see nothing in the wiring diagrams that show where the water flow meter is nor the electric solenoid water inlet valve, can you show this? Second can we see more pictures on how you set up the dosing pumps, what additives you used and how you store those and where there set up? Maybe just pictures would answer all my questions, but I'm ready to get building. Hopefully this community is still going, this is great.
