I got inspired this morning and made my own butter. I couldn't believe it was that easy! My pint of cream yielded almost 9 oz of butter and a little over half a cup of buttermilk. I kept going and made pancakes with the leftover buttermilk and butter. Thank you for the informative class, can't wait to make the final project.
