Given that I've had a number of requests for this, look for it in a couple of weeks. I'll want to print one prototype first to make sure the design is good.

Hi; all the dimensions you need are in the drawings. There's no pdf file.The .skp file is a 3-d model. You can view it if you install the "Sketchup" program which is free and works on both Mac and Windows.
Hi; to be honest, I just used the cheapest plastic option they offer. It's held up just fine for the seven years since I wrote that instructable.
