    LoRa-Tooth: Small Wireless Sensors

Hi Éric,Tried the purple board as gateway. Must Say that the antenna is the worst from all the ble device you mentionned. I replaced the purple one by another and the reception is so better. My two cents of the day for the others who love this project like me...thank for sharing

Hi Eric,After hours of struggling...I do managed to make it work!I made two errors:1. One of my HTU21D board was dead....but I realized this lately!!! So all my tests were failing because of this fuc** dead HTU21D2. In the HTU21D board I am using there is a place that need to be soldered so pull up resistance can work properly...same I realized that lately. Now everything is working.Just another piece of information, instead of using "manufacturer_data" like in your project I am using "service_data"...Thank you again for this great projectFred

Hi,Thank you for sharing this project.I have sole BLE beacon sending temperature and humidity value in the services data...how can I get those values with your Arduino program? At the moment you only get rssi, manufacturer data and address.Thank you,Fred

Hi Eric,As I said earlier I didn't manage to get your mBed program working (I2C problem...)...So I wrote a program from scratch using Visual Studio and Visual GDB. Everything is working well but now I am suffering from a range problem. It works well when one receptor beacon and one emitter beacon are in the same room, but as soon as a wall is between the two beacons, the reception is bad...I wanted to know what is your experience on this subject ? how far do you manage to get two beacons communicating?Thank you,Fred

Hello,No, I am using mBed but as it was not working at all...I was asking myself whether the problem was in relation with SoftDevice version or not...Now, I gave up with mBed...I spent a lot of time with not result...though your solution is very simple....it should have worked. Now, I wrote a pure C++ program (no mBed inside) with Visual Studio 2017, Visual GDB and Nordic SDK 12.0.0...It is well more complicated but at least it works...Thank you for that great problemFred

Hello,Thank you for replying. You're right : the nRF51-DK is using the nRF51422 microcontroller....I use the nRF51-DK dev board as a gateway to the purple ble beacon with nRF51822 microcontroller. It's super easy to program the purple board that way (just drag and drop). No need to use your raspberry method. To sum up: -I2C is working if I program the dev board (nRF51-DK) with nRF51422 microcontroller.-I2C is not working if I program the purple board (nRF51822) using the dev board...dunno whyTo make it work (i2c) on the purple board, I use the following technique:-Visual Studio Community 2017 (with C++ compiler)-Visual gdb add on (https://visualgdb.com/)-Custom program in pure C++ (no mbed...)Maybe the issue is relative to the version of my nRF51822 (QFAA)...I still dont understand why t...

Hi again...I managed to read a HTU21D sensor through I2C using my nrf31 dk dev board with a simple program. This id working perfectly...but as soon as I flash this sale program on the purple ble board using tour method (raspberry) the temperature readings are Bad...as if I2C was notre working....any Idea?

Hi, got my answer....I need to compile with Nordic nRF51822 platform...In order to program my temp. sensor I am using nRF51-DK dev platform...I have managed to read temp/humidity from HTU21D sensor via I2C....but as soon as I try to program an external board via nRF51-DK, temp. value are bad (ie -22)...any idea?
