That's amazing!! Beautiful work! We have a spool table but never got around to making stools for it. We live in TX so the humidity did a number on the wood, so the spool table is a bit warped now. Just favorited your project for posterity. Thank you for sharing!

Huh, I never thought about using Oracal to laminate stickers. I've only seen it using an actual laminator but I always wonder about the sides since they get cut and those sides don't have the protection. I'd think that water could get through the sides if the sticker is exposed to water long enough. How do the stickers hold up to washing?

Looks great! The previous owners of our house left some outdoor furniture that includes a round glass top table. If (or when) the glass breaks, we'll definitely use your method. The wood makes it look nicer, in my opinion. Thank you for sharing!

Oh man... my husband and I were thinking about doing this too but never got to. We also live in Texas and used to put the little waste bags in a plastic flower pot outside the garage and put them all in another bag on trash day, but that was getting gross. We lost our almost 17y/o Yorkie, Bentley, on 6/19/21 but I'm saving this idea for when (or if) we get another dog. Thank you for sharing.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your beautiful fur babies, Saruman and Lillan. What a beautiful memorial. We just lost our Bentley on 6/19/21 and I'm trying to find things to make to memorialize him. He loved the backyard, which is where we helped him cross the rainbow bridge, so this would be a great idea. Thank you for sharing.

I’ve been looking for a good tutorial on how to make a wind chime to honor the recent passing of our sweet pup. This is one of the best I’ve found. Thank you for sharing. It was well written and seems very easy to follow. I also appreciated the short video to see what it sounded like. Most tutorials don’t have that and to me, that important. Thank you again.

- garfieldgurl commented on DanPro's instructable Paper Bag PopcornView Instructable »
Thank you for posting your method! I love popcorn and used to buy the microwavable bags from Costco but stopped after finding out about the chemicals. I now make them in a bowl with a couple of sheets of paper towel in the microwave. Here's my method: I melt some butter then add coconut oil, add 1/3 cup of kernels (I LOVE popcorn), mix it, cover with paper towel and a microwavable dome to cover, then microwave for at least 3:30 minutes, then it's ready for grated parmesan cheese, dried parsley and garlic powder. I do burn a few sometimes but they are still edible. I'll try lower the power to 8 and see what happens.
