By definition, "macro" requires that the image on the film/sensor be "life size", (a 1:1 or greater magnification of the subject). This is, at best, an auxiliary close up lens but definitely NOT macro.
You don't address what to do when the film is totally exposed. Without a means to rewind the film into the supply canister, are you supposed to open the camera (in the dark) and cut the film or rewind it manually? Also, as more film is transferred to the take-up canister, each turn of the winder will move increasingly more film. Spacing between frames will be uneven. Film processors will need to be aware of this or they'll wind up cutting through the middle of frames when they break the long ribbon of film into shorter pieces.A
The fact than an object can be made to vibrate when stimulated by an audio signal doesn't make it a speaker any more than a dental filling that picks up an RF signal can be called a radio. The ability to vibrate does not equal "Musical Potential".
A speaker reproduces sound. It doesn't create or color it.
